Collaborative Creativity Projects can be very articulated and based on a lot of information. I use these worksheets to arrange all the vital information (condensed into very brief bullet points) in one organised grid.
Establishing how many Sessions I need to plan while also defining the best sequence of events can be very hard, so I sometimes cut up a worksheet to have various pieces of paper with only one session and participants on each. This way, I can concentrate on defining the Sessions and the participants and, after that, move them around to find the right sequence. If a project requires more than four Sessions, I simply use more worksheets, which I number to keep track of their sequence.
